Default Throttle Position Sensor help!

My car has been acting really wierd lately. Sometimes it just decides to rev on its own or the rpms dip bellow 500. Once it even stalled itself. I am pretty sure that this is the tps. Can I bring the car to the dealership to have it replaced? My real concern is that my car has a tune and I dont want a new tps to mess with it. I don't have my SCT with me, i'm in college and didn't bring it. WIll any of the recalibration of a new tps mess with the tune and require me to use my SCT(that I don't have with me). If the dealer wont replace it because of my modifications,is it easy to do, if I just get the part?
Thanks

i recommend you return the car
to the stock air intake and tune
before taking it to a dealership.
this is to prevent any problems, if they
decide to reflash your pcm

I agree with hammeron but you also dont list any mods so that is no help either, i assume you dont have an aftermarket TB but if you do then that is the problem probably.
