Well.... I'm really excited to say that as of today we're WD distributors for Pypes and have a ton of 05+ Mustang stuff on the way! I'm putting pricing up on the site and will offer a special Mustang Forums deal once I'm done. Ever since I started following what Pypes had to offer I've been really impressed and thats what prompted me to do the buy in! Glad you like them and make sure if you know anyone that wants them as well to send em my way and I'll be sure to take care of them!! Jared

Your making me lean toward getting the frpp, but what are you talking about w/ the mid system being close to the gas tank?(as you can see; I'm a newbie w/ all this). Is the stock system in a dif spot? How bad is that?
On a regular system the mufflers are after the axle under the trunk. On the mid-muffler they are before the axle, which happens to be near the gas tank, and it's a pretty tight fit. Some folks have added some thermal isolation around the pypes mid-mufflers to reduce risks of something overheating.

there would be pipes there anyway, do the mufflers get hotter than the pipe sections?

Im really about to buy them unless you guys think there going to be a problem w/ this gas tank thing. They sound great on the clips and i bet they sound 10x better in person.

I'll prolly add a frpp xpipe too! what moves faster then my car? my money...

Jared,
Do you have the Pypes mid-muffler systems available yet? And if so, can you PM or email me with your price?
Thanks,

I'm sure you will, but let us know how you like them. All the standard things, louder or softer than the stingers? Less drone? Better "muscle car" sound?
