Anyone know what they (Ford)are replacing when they fix them. I would assume a spring of some sort is the problem. For Some of us are our warranty is outand might have to it ourself.

How can your warranty possibly be out?! The car is a 2005 at least, and the warranty is 3 years or 36,000 miles. How many miles have you put? More than 36k?
