Well, it's kind of sketchy that it's all opened up and they don't show any of the parts. However, we have no idea how high the reserve is set, so it might not be such a good deal.

True....I would be more worried about the fact that the seller has no feedback

I wouldnt be to worried, you can always give them a call and talk to a real person, atleast they give a phone #. They also say call for procing, so mabey you can just call and buy one directly at the reserve price. -Jon

"Payments accepted by Credit card (call for processing), or Money order/cashiers check. Items are for sale locally and this auction will be canceled if items are sold."

So yeah, it is just a dealer trying to advertise their product. Need to call them for their actual price. They arn't selling them over Ebay.

Also having a reserve on the charger would indicate not a scam, I bet the reserve is pretty high, they just started at a dollarwhich means nothing if the reserve is not met. From watching ebay chargers I bet this one will not sell unless the reserve is in the 4000 range, I watcheda saleen 475 kit a while back with a reserve form a dealer and the highest bid was 4500 and it never sold.
