Tacobill did a write-up on installing the Stingers in his "How-To" section. His writeup includes somegreat adviceon aligning the tips that SHOULD work for most ANY exhaust system. Good luck.

I would think that your accident had something to do with it. (although how straight/aligned were your stock mufflers...taking into consideration that with the 4" tips the bumper clearance is much more noticable than the stockers). When I installed my Mac mufflers they went on and fit perfectly. I didn't need to bend or modifiy anything. Anyways I hope you figure it out...btw they sound awesome.

well my stock mufflers were about the same in alignment, right one stuck out a tiny tiny bit more, and the angle was a tiny bit different, now, its just easier to tell. when i installed the exhaust i spent about an hour trying to align them, no such luck.
