Slice, I'm getting Blowby Racing stage 1 cams. I need to keep daily driver for wife also (stage 2 cams run best 1500-6500 rpm as I recall (losses too much at low end for stop & go traffic and above 6k should have beefed up internals- springs minimum - and is above red line anyway). Dont quote me on this but... I believe BBR cams are Comp cams reground (2-3 week turn around). Heads will come later (next year?), until then 325whp auto (approx) should hold me.

Fla/GT, What kind of heads are you going with? I am after the same gains as you, I like your set up.What kind of headers and exhust are you running?

Slice, I haven't decided on which heads yet. I have Ford's shorty headers and JBA exhaust and x-pipes (set up is Boss Shinoda). Basically I'm running Ford Racing Performane and Drag Packs with Steeda Deletes on modified Ford Handling Pack (Eibach suspension with Bullitt Springs).
