Default Supercharger Coolant Question

Just a quick question, After driving my car for 25 - 30 minutes Iopen the top to the supercharger stick my fingerin and thecoolant is still pretty cold. Is this normal? The car coolant is really hot. Thanks

normal. it would be hotter if you did some
WOT runs and immediately pulled over and
stuck your finger in there...

it's really onlycompressed air, that will bring
the I.C. h20 temps up above normal operating
temp

Are you sure your pump is working? Does the saleen have a see through reservoir? You should be able to see it moving.

mine is the same way, mine has the new setup where the pump runs all the time, The 80/20 mixture is never above luke warm at the best, No where near like the radiator temp.

Yes I can seefluidmoving when I pull the top off I can also feel it flowing through the tubes. My pump turns on when I turn the ignition on.


Since my coolant iscold does that mean the heat exchanger is doing its job and I don't need to upgrade it?

After I've been driving and pull the top off the supercharger reservoir it is pressurized too.

Normal driving the compressor is barely doing any work, which means very little heat is produced.
