Line lock question
I've been reading here and saw that there is a possibility of getting an ABS error if a single line lock solenoid is installed between the master cylinder and ABS control. That seems strange to me as that is the way the SLP kit installs. I don't see how it would really matter but has anyone with this single solenoid had any problems? I was also curious if anyone knew the normal current draw on the single solenoids so I'd be sure to get a switch that would handle it.
I'm thinking of making my own lines or just cutting and flaring the stock line to work. Are the brake lines standard or metric tubing?

RE: Line lock question
I have the SLP single solenoid linelock kit and have not had any problems. As for line sizes and amperages ratings, I'm not real sure. I have a custom switch panel that covers the rear cup holder. When I ordered it they asked me what I was going to be using it for. I told them one was for a linelock, they didn't seem too concerned. I'd look at the switch but the car is in storage right now.

RE: Line lock question
I went to the track with the SLP line locks this weekend. I had no problem at all. The only thing I would recommend is get a different switch then the one supplied. I'm sure it's functional it just looked cheesy!
