Pypes install?

The Pypes MM setup was covered well about 1/2 yr ago.
IMO it was about perfect when coupled with the stock H & cats.
PIA to install, but cheap for what you got.

Hey, thanks! I try to be as accurate as I can. I had to notch the passenger side tip due to the hanger stopping the tip from sliding all the way back, but other than that mine stick out less than my stingers did. I did whack all my connections together using a board and hammer so maybe my mufflers are a little further forward than normal causing the tips to stick out less.

The stingers do sound good, but like you the drone got to me. The pypes do have a drone to them, but it's not anything like the stingers and not noticeable at all in 5th gear for some odd reason.

The driveshaft can also change the tone of the exhaust, atleast from the drivers perspective. I noticed right away that my 1 piece driveshaft made my stingers louder. In reality it just picked up the noise and transfered it to the inside of the car better than the stock shaft.

thanks guys, this is great help. Im going talk to my friends and see what they want to do. and i have to agree that this exhuast is bad *** sounding.
