If you want to really experience customer service from Doug. Take your car out for a drive while running "Live Link" and then email the file to Doug. He'll look at it and make adjustments to your tune, if need, and email the tune back to you.

I took it a step further, not only did I email the "Live Link" file to him but also emailed my "Dyno Pull". He made adjustments to my tune, emailed it back, I dumped it in the car.........now we are both happy.

I like to refer to this proceedure as "Remote Custom Tuning"

This is the next best thing to living in Burmingham.
