Which CAI/Tune - 5speed manual
I know I know this question probably comes up a million times. I've read that most of the intakes are about on par with each other but some places do better tunes for autos vs. manuals. I have a manual so what would you guys recommend? Is brenspeed gonna cut it?
I am planning on a whipple in a little over 2 years from now so that is a consideration. Is there an intake that will mate up with it? I realize the Steeda will work with the Saleen. But I'm kinda partial to the whipple.

Brenspeed is #1 in my opinion. I am not aware of any intakes that will work for the whipple besides what is in the kit or a custom made one. I know the CAI's you put on now will not work.

I went with brenspeed and the JLT 2 + SCT2 tuner. I'll ask for a 91 octane tune, highest grade in my area. Kind of a shame I'll be selling the intake down the road but will the tuner still come in handy when I get the whipple?

SCT will come in handy if you want to data log, check codes, or get a custom tune for the Whipple. Ive seen gains as high as 30 rwhp for a custom tune over the FRPP/Whipple Tune.
