RE: spark plug suggestions?
First off, Bosch doesn't make a plug for our 3V engines. You are limited to Motorcraft, Autolite, Brisk or Champion. Motorcraft and Autolite are , for the most part, the same plug.
How many miles on your car? The Motorcraft and Autolite have a built in flaw in that they are a 2 piece plug swaged together. If your car has some miles on it, and this is the first plug change, you should get a hold of the Ford TSB 08-7-6 and follow it closely. The OE Motorcraft plugs, when they get some miles on them, have a habit of seizing in the head and coming apart. You do not want to go there. The Brisk and the Champions are an improved design in that they are machined in one piece.
Be sure you get some nickel anti-seize to put on the "barrel" part of the newplugs below the threads but NOT on the firing end, this will short out the plug. This is a real PITA for us 05 to 07 Mustang GT owners. The newer 08's have a new head design with different plugs. Good luck.

DOnt buy champion plugs for gods sake. Get some stockers and use some antisieze.

Most of the people running them have been pretty happy so far. Of course we will have to see how long they last.

edit: NM. Just looked at your name ('05). Just use the Autolite's, they're fine but you need to read up on these plugs and changing them first! Someone else mentioned this already.

RE: spark plug suggestions?
I don't know about long term use, but having examined, installed, and run these Champion plugs for weeks
now I have found nothing to supportyour opinion.Hopefully anti-sieze will work long term for those whoreinstallthe Motorcraft/
Autolite plugs. I figured that I would rather trythe new plug design rather that applying a fix to stock plugs with a
proven design flaw.
