Default quick exhaust question

i have been searching for a couple of hours now and i cant get an answer for what im looking for.first of all i have an 08 gt with bbk intake/tuner
and a 75 shot of nos.what i want to know is if i go ahead and have my shop remove the cats will i lose back pressure.i go alot to a 1/8 of a mile track by my house so i really dont want to lose bottom end, but people keep telling me that is bad to use spray with the cats on.and if iremove the cats do i have to retune my car againg.please any help on this is appreciated.by the way i dont go through emmission test.

I dont see the giggle gas being bad for your cats ( not like its toxic or anything) as for backpressure , you will lose some, but also pick up a few hp with the O/R pipe so its really a non-issue... also you dont need a new tune for the O/R pipe...but you may get a check engine light

Not sure with the nitrous, but when I added my o/r h to basically a stock car with stingers, i immediately felt loss torque down low.
