Flywheels
I am currently running a SpecsII+ with Aluminum flywheel and it is a piece of $hit, I am replacing it with a Mcleod RST Twin disc and the Mcleod Bearing kit and a new stock steel flywheel, Itossed out the orginal flywheel [:@]
I'm running MMR's stage II with Fidanza billet aluminum flywheel. Really smooth, but with the lighter flywheel the RPM's drop off faster between shifts so you have to give it a little more gas.
Do a google search for Steel vs. aluminum flywheel and you will find more info and opinions than you need. I'm not going to go into all the advantages and disadvantages for the two.
I chose a spec stage 2 with spec billet steel flywheel and couldn't be happier, so far. I'm still not sure if I should have went with the stage 3+ or not, but I would be wasting it's potential i'm sure.
It even cured a vibration I had at 3200rpms. I guess my stock flywheel and/or clutch was warped.

I'm using a spec stage II with aluminum flywheel. Love it! It revs much faster than the original steel flywheel. Kinda the same feeling and difference it made when I replaced the driveshaft with an aluminum one. Me likes it alot!
