Default RE: In a Quandry. . . .

Wheelman I've already had my car for 2 years and it only has 9k on it. I changed the exhaust from the headers all the way back, put a throttle body spacer, CAI+tune and when I got back from a 7 month deployment where my car was sitting the whole time and it wasn't running right when I started it for the first time, I brought it to a my ford dealership and all they said was we can't work on it until you return the tune to stock. I did it and they had no problem fixing the car. I think most of the guys working at these dealerships aren't going to try and screw you over. They know that 90% of people that buy one of these mustangs is going to change the exhaust and put a CAI on it. I say do it up and if you have a problem with getting warranty work done at one dealership because of a dick head that works there and he just so happens to like chevy and not Ford (one of my dad's experiences) then go to a different one. Really though I've never cared about the warranty if you don't beat the crap out of the car or leave it sitting around for 7 months whats really going to go wrong with it before the warranty is up anyways. I know at least a dozen guys here on base with the S197 and none of them have had any problems except for me.
