Boost/Vac Gauge Install Help
Hi guys, in preparation for being blown early next year, I have gone ahead and purchased a new pillar/pods, an Aeroforce Interceptor and an AutoMeter PhantomII mechanical boost/vacuum gauge. I will likely be doing a centrifugal non-IC supercharger, such as a Vortech or Paxton, as I am only shooting for around ~380-400hp at the wheels, nothing TOO crazy.
I've searched multiple stang forums without much luck... So my question is, should I wait on hooking up the boost gauge line until the SC goes in, or would the tap location that will work for vacuum now, also be applicable later when boosted? I don't want to cut a line now to install the "T" adapter, that will end up needing to be replaced/repaired later when the SC goes in.
Also, in the event I can setup the gauge now, does anyone have a picture of the right line I'm looking for... preferably with a big arrow and a caption that says something like: "tap this one, dummy".

That's exactly where I've got mine hooked up. I was about to ask what the hell that plastic thing was right behind the factory fuel pressure sender, then I realized that it's the little piece that plugs into the whipple intake.

you are welcome Mudflap and you probably
already figured out, how you are going to
wire it up, but just in case, here's one option.

Great, thanks for the link! I have installed gauges in a WRX before, so I'm not totally green to it, but this helps to know which wires I'm looking for. Every time I use one of those add-a-circuit things, I want to call the inventor and thank him, lol.
