FWIW - I just finished installing Comp Muthr Thumpr's in my car with LT's and actually asked this question of my tuner and Mechanic (two different guys in the same shop). According to the experts, the stock heads are capable of flowing well into the 450+ range before you hit a restriction. Below that they both said that porting the heads (or replacing them would provide little to no gain). If you do decide to do it, I would love to see before and after numbers if possible.
