Default Oil Cap tube missing

I just noticed something on my 09 GT I don't have that funnel tube in red in the pic, the cap on mine is right on the aluminum block:
WTF?!

Actually that's the cam cover not block. Maybe Ford changed it for 2009 but I don't know why. Seems strange.

I believe they stopped using them on the 09's...we saw the same thing between Karens 08 Bullitt, and the 09's.....
