Default quick JBA LT question

Im installing a set of JBA LTs in about 2 weeks. I still need 02 extensions and maybe new bolts. Where is the best place to get the o2 extensions? Do I need the new bolts? If so where can I get those? Are new exhaust manifold gaskets needed? Should I go ahead and throw poly motor mounts on there as well?

they should come with the bolts in the box with the headers. what year is your car? you may want to go to ford dealer and pick up some gaskets. i reused the gaskets mine is an 08 with 10k on it. i installed JBA shorties and have steering rub from a clearence issue with the headers and steering link. i just ordered the porthane mounts and now i have to fight with tight space. im not sure if the LT's will rub i have heard some have so you might wnat to look into it. decide be4 you put the headers on because there is a ton of room once the stock headers are off. also get some geared ratched flex wrenches. 1/2", 8mm and 15mm worked for me although i kind of wish i bought the whole metric set haha

ok thanks for the info. I bought the headers used so all it came with were the headers and mid pipe. Mine is an 06 with only 10k miles.

also get a can of penetrating oil to prep the bolts be4 you back them out. the stuff is like a hot knife through butter. made things for me 100x easier. you can try www.brenspeed.com for o2 extensions i think www.americanmuscle.com has them too. look around

i just installed the prothane mounts i was talking about. i would suggest getting them. the car feels tighter up front and your shifts feel 90% better. i dont feel any additional vibrations and all that from the mounts being stiffer. if you do get them you'll be suprised at how crappy the stock once are. they are more or less like jello haha
