Ultimate goals for a N/A 3V GT... Need some advice

While not a step by step how to get 400 rwhp, the article titled Mercury rising, done by MMFF.
Shows that it can indeed be done, but with the compression ratio they run to get it, you would have to change out pistons to lower it, if you wanted to go FI.
I think with careful planning, you could get close to your goal, with parts that would still be supercharger friendly.

I gotta tell ya, I'm planning on the building my car NA with 400+rwhp too. I was talking to my local guy whom tuned my car, they were saying that the cam that their going to need to run is going to make the car have little low end power. They recommended gears like 3.73 or 4.10 and I'm not to fond of having a car that i cant even take on the hwy without revving out 5th just to cruise at 80mph. I'm still trying to figure out ways to avoid this and ill let you know too, if its even a concern for you.
