it's all in the tune really. a good tune and 12psi might be safe, a bad tune and 5psi can blow the motor.
really you need to go my the power more than the PSI. Kenne Bell said they didn't blow up their test car until 600+whp. they suggest not going past 525whp to leave that margin for safety. it's up to you how much of that margin you want to keep
It's not the psi, its volume. PSI is not psi-a it's psi-g therefore thats manifold pressure. like it was said if the tune is bad 5psi will blow your motor.
