If you're going to supercharge it, you will benefit from the LTs. They're not very effective on a NA S197. The CAI and Tune is the best first thing you can do for gains, then gears. Gears will make all the difference in the world. You may want to start looking into some suspension mods once you start modding. Traction will only become a problem the more you do. Pulleys are debatable. I have them along with an intake and a custom dyno tune which resulted in 308 rwhp thru 4.10s. Not sure how much the pulleys actually did since I did it all at once.

Also, wheel hop is pretty bad on these cars. I bought some lower control arms and they all but eliminated it as well as helped traction greatly. I highly recommend looking into them. Very easy to install and cheap.
