you should be able to adjust the idle with the sct tunner

I may be off the point, but was your canned tune for your jlt setup and vehicle stock or was that same tune used for the stock airbox? Did you have seperate tunes you used?

Who's tunes do you have? Are they the canned SCT tunes or a custom tune? I'd contact the tuner but it could simply be that you need to crank a few miles on the car so the PCM has some data for the adaptive learning.

im currently just running the canned tunes from sct for jlt intake. I yestarday my car actully turned off. when you start her up everything is good revs up to 2k then settles down to around 100 then slowly drops when she gets warm. apon driving when you get to a stop light the car drops to around 250 rpm then shutters as if it wants to turn of then bounces back up to 750 rpm

There's 3 things I would do first.....pick up some MAF cleaner and Throttle Body cleaner at your local auto parts store and clean both of them off good (for the throttle body I took mine off so I could clean the butterflies good inside and out). Then after that, unhook your battery for 30 minutes and then per the owner's manual, do through the re-learn process so the car can re-learn the idle & fuel trims.
