I guess it depends on where you live... I had my '86GT stolen years ago.... what a PITA.
I paid $695 for Lojack and $300 for the Early Warning for my 05 Vert. No regrets... Just piece of mind. They came to my house and installed it in about an hour.

Does the Lojack come with an alarm or does it just work independently?? Or would it just link up to the factory keyless stuff?

Just my luck...all you guys who installed lojack won't have your car stolen...
and me over here saying i'm not getting it...yeah-mine will get jacked! I'm just that lucky!

It is totally independent and installed in like 15 minutes.

The really cool thing about living in L.A.... when your car is stolen, you call lojack, the police find it, then you can watch the high speed chase live on Fox news! You get to see what your 05 is really capable of!
