i had the mgw in my 10 and loved it. the cool thing about it is that you can adjust the throws to get the perfect feel for you rather than having to get used to another shifter.

Nice ride! Thanks for the feedback. With the MGW can you still keep the same heigth as the stock shifter? Right now it has the perfect heigth but just needs a shorter throw. I also went with the smaller retro black shift **** that fits me better than the stock.

That's impressive on street tires! Nicely done. Thanks for the feedback. It looks like most people like the MGW so far. Do you know of anybody that went with the Steeda Tri-ax or Hurst?

Thanks, I hope to improve my time with DRs Yeah I did the same thing you did, asked the forum and went with the highest recommended one (MGW) and I have to say I'm very happy with the results! I know a few people that went with the Hurst and I hear it transmits more noise from the tranny and I've also heard it rattles in some cases.

As for your question up higher, yes you can make it (the MGW) stock height (even make it look like it's the stock shifter with stock **** and boot). They make it very easy to customize both what it looks like and where the shifter sits (back, forward, left, right). Check out their website
