BBK x-pipe not fitting with BBK headers

BBK x-pipe not fitting with BBK headers
so i finished putting in my bbk headers, which took about an 11 hours, but when i went to put the x pipe in the flanges didnt match up...its about an inch and a half to small(like the haeders are wider out than the xpipe) they just dont line up....
