$28K for the car is not a deal when you consider:
0) An additional $8k for a rivet delete feature and a decent paint job
1) A new hood is $600
2) A decent spoiler will run $300
3) if those are real rivets, you may as well just replace the front and rear bumper covers
4) I have no idea what it would cost to put real doors on it again
5) God knows what they did to the interior that you'd have to fix
6) At least $1700 to replace the wheels/tires
7) At least $800 to lower the car.
8) At least $600 for a decent axle-back setup.
9) An indeterminable amount of time to get the taste out of your mouth after saying, "I'll take it - here's your money".
