V8 throttle body question

Default V8 throttle body question

I was cleaning my throttle body today and noticed what appears to be a **** on the top righthand corner.
It looks like it is adjustable, anybody know what it is and what it does??

that activates the v-tak, and ups the nawsssss
tl;dr iunno, probably idle adjust screw? if we have one :P

Next question...what wires do I tap into for a voltage measurement?
I'm assuming the two wires on the same side as the plunger screw???
Which one is positive/negative??

ground the black lead of meter and red lead to the yellow wire on the TPS sensor
