I able to do it with the C&L CAI without running lean. Than I drove it 300 miles now it failed OX sensor not ready, evaporative system not ready and Catalytic converters not ready. I hate to take to a dealer I'm afraid they will make a major project of it. The research I did, states they should reset in 100 miles.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or has any input what I could do next.

The thing I don't understand if the stock tune is bad shouldn't the Bama tune activate the sensors or opposite way around.
This reads better than a Steven King Novel.
Hopefully the re-flash works and THANKS for the information. I'm waiting for the snow / rain to clear up and I will schedule appointment.
I'm gonna guess there was something wrong with the original tuner, and it uploaded a tune which for some reason kept the sensors off...and then when you flashed what the tuner thought was a 'stock' tune, it was still pretty messed up, becaues in your first post you said "you were able to run the car with the aftermarket CAI and it didn't run lean," to me that says you are not on a stock tune.

I ran the C&L CAI with a insert which allows your to run stock tune.

Good to hear everything worked out!
I get nervous every year when I get my emissions test.
I have 3 emissions friendly custom tunes and have passed with all 3. =)
