Forgot to mention, even though this post died 10 years ago, the mistakes of the past are often repeated and instead of creating a new post, I searched for Throttle lag for 2016 and this post came up as one in my search result (2014's aren't absent of this issue either, you're one of the lucky one's I guess), so I can still post and future owners with this issue can benefit if they stumble upon it. Just trying to help out fellow Mustang owners.
