I finally got the preditor and it works pretty good with the k&n cai but last months muscle mustang and fast fords put on that bbk throttle body and cai and say they dont even need a tune.... these guys have been preaching tunes since they started with the 05. what gives? i dig my set up and all but if it wasnt necessary ill be pissed i didnt spend the money on some slp's.

i wouldn't say you wasted your money because if you plan on doing other stuff you will need that tuer anyway. i recently talked to a sct dealer and he tested the new k&n cai and he confirmed that it does not require a retune for the mass air transfer function. if you put gears in your flash tuner should allow you to change the speedo for them. my xcal2 has alot of user adjustments some are non functional which i found out friday. that kind of pissed me off but it works good so i'm glad i got it.
