LOOKING FOR 05 MUSTANG GT MINERAL GREY- NEED HELP
Hi Mustang Owners. I'm looking to purchase a mustang. Having a hard time locating a 2005 Mustang GT in a Mineral Grey, with 5 speed manual. I have searched CA, NV, AZ, UT, and CO using the limited tools I have, but have not found any thats left thats not a Saleen, Roush, or some version of marked up model. Have you guys seen any around in your neighborhood ford dealers? Secondary, if Mineral grey is not availible, an 2006 GT 5 speed manual would be my alternate.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated

if you go to a dealer, they should be able to do a search on their computer for one....other then that, have you tried the ford website? theres a function on their if you get to the new mustang area where you can enter your options that you want and then the site should come back with local cars with those options (including color)
just a sugestion, you have probably tried these two things already.

RE: LOOKING FOR 05 MUSTANG GT MINERAL GREY- NEED HELP
Thanks for the input. THe reason why I'm looking for 2005 is because Ford discontinoued the Mineral Grey in 2006. The tunsten grey in 2006 is far different from the mineral grey. Around here, there are plenty of silver, tunsten grey, black, torch red, and redfire red GT, and I get get those close to invoice price. I really like the mineral grey though. I have searched ford's site, talked to multiple dealers, etc...
Anyone additional advice would be greatly appreciated!
BTW, I'm an SCT dealer / tuner, and for those that can provide me with some good leads on a mineral grey, I'll hook u up with an new SCT xcal 2!

Found one on the first page of a 2005 search with www.autotrader.com! There are over 5000 2005's for sale on there so there should be plenty to choose from - you just might have to travel to get one.

They call it Pewter - but we know it as Mineral Grey
Thats why I bought mine - I wanted a 2005 for collectors value, and I wanted a rare color that was going to be used only one year (well, 4 if you count the 2001-3 years)

one's listed in Hayward, CA. Looks like this dealer is asking a premimum price for Mineral Gray over other used GT's on his lot. There must be demand for this discontinued color.
