With long tubes, o/r x and cat back you'll get a fairly decent amount of hp! Maybe around 35-45 rwhp... And a cai really wont give you much! 3 or 4 horses at the most!

Depends on the brands. Cat-Backs give you around 5-8, Mid-Pipes give you around 10 and Headers are good for at least 15. So if you don't want to get your hopes high look for around 25-30 horse w/ full exhaust but if you go w/ the better brands you may see more. 45 horse seems kind of steep for just exhaust...
