So my axle is bent.....
To make a long story short, about 6 months ago I got caught in some pretty bad rain while driving to my job at 5am, I had drag radials on(which I was gonna use the next day at the track) so I slowed down but it wasn't enough and lost control hitting the passenger back wheel against the center division wall in the highway. After a couple months of hearing weird sounds and changing the axle bearings now the dealer says that my axle is bent. My extended warranty wont cover due this kinda thing always being a drivers fault.
Now I'm like f@ck it! Can anyone guess my next mod............................................... .................................................. ...............thats right a shorty antenna!!! haha! J/k I'm building the rear end with 31 spline axles, 31 spline ford racing trak loc and ford racing 4.10 gears. Some time after that I'll get aluminum driveshaft w/loop, clutch, most likely an OEM svt cobra clutch, which I hear has the best feel and maybe an aluminum flywheel. What do you guys think?

i would go with a diff clutch if you can if it feels like a cobra then i would hate to have that in my mach. every cobra i have driven is a bitch. i have a spec stage 2+ and love it. other than that deff all good ideas

forget the cobra clutch... i thought it was stuck the first time i pressed it LOL. no but seriously there are no advantages to having that clutch.. especially for the money.
Look into the McLeod twin disk setup... thats what i changed to, it only takes about 5lbs of pressure to reach the floor, and it'll take all the abuse you can throw at it.
LOL i actually thought the pedal had broken the first time i pushed on it after the swap, i just about kicked through the floor with my Horse Leg i had developed over the last 6 years.
