Installing a better quadrant and cable with fire wall adjuster made the trans shift that much better? mine is very notchy and with my B&M short throw can be kida a b*tch to shift quickly (takes alot of force) also it is not the driver! i've drivin lots of manual cars with lots of different trannys including TR3650's in 05+ mustangs and never had the problems like this one. Also have had other mustang owners drive it and they think somthing is off too!
If the concensus is that a quadrent, cable and fire wall adjuster makes the trans shift that much better I'll buy one tomarow!!! lol

Well I installed my clutch, quadrant and cable on Saturday. You don't use the firewall adjuster for some reason, its for adjusting the stock cable and quadrant... I don't know why they sell it in the kit if you don't need it after the other stuff lol. I have better clutch pedal feel, feels smoother, overall I have not noticed a difference though except that my new clutch is grabbing better.

Watman im suppose to be recieving my clutch quad./fire adj. kit friday, and ill also be changing the fluid. Ill let you know how big of a difference i notice. I was having the same issues as you which is why i bought the kit. I noticed that leaving the shifter in neutral for a second longer helped ease shifting.
