Default Engine/Tranny noise

Hey guys, I have an 04' mach 1 with 95k miles. I just spent $3,000 having the top end rebuilt to take care of a stuck valve and the top end sounds great. However, it did not take care of an odd noise a "rattle" that can be heard from 1900-2100 rpm's mainly if the gas petal is fluttered, it makes the noise in all gears but not when the car is sitting in neutral. Most people can't notice it but I do. The weather does not seem to affect the loudness of the noise. The problem is that I cannot figure out what it is. The noise has been there for a year and I still have great oil pressue, no smoke, no burnt oil, and great power. I brought it to a performance shop and they couldn't figure it out. He put it on the dyno and I did 6 pulls in 4th up to redline, he put it under load, and we could not seem to recreate the noise that it makes when in gear on the road. It also lost no power on 6 pulls (actually gained power). I think it was around 300 rwhp with catback, o/r X, intake spacer, and CAI. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? He said maybe it's just a dumb clutch noise. I'm getting ready to sell it and I think it's fine but I don't want surprises for the next owner.
