Hi I have a 93 mustang 302 had a valve job done installed roller rockers (and studs) new crane roller lifters and push rods adjusted them to 1/2 turn in when I start engine after warm up I get lifter noise ,good oil pressure clean block (inside) went to 30wt oil same noise on a few lifters should I change adjustment to 3/4 turn down would that help ?
