RE: 94-98 blackout tail lights
i have a pacific green sn95 too, i was always borderline with doing this. it looks alright with our cars, but theres something about the color that doesnt make it look good enough to want to do it... but it doesnt look bad or anything.
i photoshopped it a number of months back to see what it looks like, i hope this helps.

well most people with sn95's use VHT Niteshades (its an aerosol spray) because to my knowledge no one sells tint vinyls for our tail lights because of the contour of them makes it very tricky, which makes customers not very happy with the results... so manufacturers just save themselves the time and money and dont make them. if someone is producing them, you'd probably have to look around.
anyway, VHT is a good way to go, just make sure your local inspections dont require you to have un-tinted taillights, or else you'll be scrubbing it off every year. VHT applies like you would spray paint anything else. you apply it in coats, light passes about 6" away, you know, very simple. just tape off the bezel and maybe the rest of the body parts where you might get spray on that you wouldnt want it.
depending on where you live though, you probably have to order VHT online. most counties down allow tinted tail lights, so most areas dont sell it in stores, although some do. just google "VHT Niteshade" and you'll find what you need.
