Convertible in a Michigan Winter
Starting to shop now for a Mustang for my wife in the spring. Anyone have a fifth generation convertible as a daily driver? How is it in the winter? She would not be driving it with snow on the road, just looking at it from a heat, leak and defrost standpoint.

I drove my 2006 year round in SE Michigan with a 45 mile each way commute. Never had an issue with it (other than the cold leather seats). Put 203,000 miles on that car and drove through some huge snow and ice storms. No leaks at all and no problems with the defroster.
In my 2013 I have the heated seats and they are much better on those cold mornings (and even on cool evenings in the summer with the top down).
