Default swap questions that have probably already been answered elsewhere

I'm starting with an 89 GT, I was just planning on swapping in a 351W until I quit drinking 2 summers ago and got bored and tore everything out of it. Now I need some questions answered.

I have a remanned longblock from a 93 Lightning. I already have the req'd oil pan, pickup, and headers, and flywheel. I am planning on running carbed and have an intake manifold and carb.

I am an electrical apprentice and have drawn up a wiring diagram for lights, wipers, ignition, coil, etc. One of my questions that I didn't think of initially is: where the hell is my alternator going to wire in? (no wiring currently in the car. no computers)

Would it be more beneficial to run an electric fan or one driven off the crank pulley?

I have a crower cam initially from a 289. What is my firing order going to be? And can I use my e-cam from my 302 even though this motor is non-roller, or will that be too much lift too quickly?

Will my accessory bracket from my 302 work, or will I need to pull one off of a 351 at a junkyard?

I will have more questions I'm sure, but these are just the ones off the top of my head. I have the longblock on a rotisserie right now and hope to have it in the car by the end of the summer.

Will a 302 radiator be sufficient?

Smog/inspection is not an issue, this will be a weekend warrior with antique tags (25 y.o. in Virginia) by the time it gets back on the road.

Thanks for any help.

-Electric fan: Yes
-E-cam? Boring as hell. Go at least with an X. Very streetable.
-Firing order will be 13726548, same as the 302 HO.
-You will need one or two brackets from the 351. FRPP still carries that I believe or go custom with these guys:

-I'd get a bigger radiator for piece of mind.
