Mustang build. Help!
Hey guys, I'm new to this I came here looking for help building my 90 foxbody lx into something I can drag race.
So here's the situation. I have a 390 block that I want to use, i just got it cleared out and I'm having it cleaned and bored out .110 to 4.160. I've been told that it's to much bore and some people say it can be done. I want to get the motor to a 462. Does anyone have any input in that aspect? I'd also like to know what kind transmission, rear end, tires, heads, and intake would be best. This is my first build I'm new to all of this. Any help or information is appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
Sorry, I not familiar enough with that family of motors, but you could try starting a thread in the Fox section. There might be easier/cheaper ways to get to the power level your looking for.
There's some pretty knowledgeable guys in there that can point you in the right direction.
