Default 07 CV PI 4.62v in a s-197

I've been looking all over the internet, but with no avail.. I'm wondering what would it take to take to use the drove train out of my 07 Vic to power a s197 that has a blown motor? (On a tight budget). Closest thing I could find is a 4.6 2v swap for a 4.0 .But that doesn't help for what I'm looking for. Would it be plug and play? Or harness tune?

Believe it or not, the 4.6L in the CVPI is only rated at 250 HP, with a mercury marauder air box and an
integrated 80mm MAF. This is from 2004 to 2011 CVPI. You don't want that in your '07, you want the
3V 4.6, which is 300HP, from 05-10. You'd be the V8 Mustang that would barely outrun a 4.0 V6.

You would also need the ECU for that 4.6, because of the 80mm MAF, for one...

Not a good swap choice.
