1978 Mustang II Ghia
I have a 1978 Mustang II Ghia that has an electical problem the alternator seems to be draining my battery and can't figure out why so if anyone has any help to fix it or what to change it would be great thank you.

Not sure how you decided that the problem is the alternator.
Best way to check is to disconnect the heavy cable from the alternator. Leave the battery connected and see if the problem go's away. If so problem isa shorted diode in the alternator. Go from there.
Otherwise the best proceedure for locating a problem such as you describe is to disconnect the ground cable then put a voltmeter in series with the cable. The meter should then read battery voltage.
Then disconnect fuses, wires, etc until the voltage drops.
Then you have found your problem.
Disregard any reading less than full battery voltage as it will not be significant.
PS - It might be a good idea to clean thetop surface of the battery first as this can give you a false reading.
