Default A Cammed Ti-VCT 5.0 by ECU Tuning?

Would it be possible change the ECU settings on a 2011 5.0 that would make the Variable Cam Timing sound aggressively cammed at idle but regular at higher rpms?

You could get the badass cammed sound at idle and still get regular mileage on the highway.

If this does already exist has anyone done it before?

My Brenspeed 93 Race tune clearly has that sound. The Bama tunes do not. Both run great, but Brenspeed is definitely doing something differently. The car sounds totally different with each.
