Uhh.... yeah, because the price of a new Mustang hasn't skyrocketed recently? I could buy a used BMW from a few years ago with far more and better technology for way cheaper. Hell, Hyundais and Kias have all this technology now for a lot cheaper. Not so sure I catch the same train of thought here, Ford. If you were marketing a $20k car with this technology, I might be with you, but most 25 year olds and younger aren't buying $30-40k cars.

And I like how Bluetooth is the key thing they highlight, whoopie!

If anything, the Mustang is becoming less of a younger person's car with the cost now days.

YEA, THEN FORD TRICKS THE YOUNGSTERS INTO A 72 OR 84+ MONTH PAYMENT PLAN, FORD STATES...."SEE YOUR PAYMENTS ARE NOW AFFORDABLE WITH A LONGER PAYMENT PLAN"......EPIC FAIL!

Back in the 80's and early 90's, cars were built/priced to a price range with a maximum payment plan of 60 months, most young people were able to buy a 5.0 Stang or 5.7 Iroc/Formula back then with a payment plan of 36 or more often 48 months, cars like these were built around a young mans earnings, these days the auto manufacturers is sort of doing the same but, building/pricing to a 72 or 84 month payment plan, that's just crazy, the new car scene is getting worse and worse these days, a 40K mustang should be priced at 33K but, they got the young kids on longer payment plans! Fukin thieves! I will state, buying cash gets a buyer a significant discount but, how many young kids have 34K cash laying around? It's a big fukin scheme!

Sir, I protest. I am a "young person" and I enjoy driving very much. But yes the mustang is getting to a ridiculous price point.

I don't know what is meant by "young". However, I think Ford is moving in the right direction with a sleeker look and a more up to date suspension.

THANK GOD! Finally, a Mustang that I can easily plug my phone into! Whew! That is exactly what's been missing for me.

Has the auto sales industry really moved to 7-year loans? Arg.

When, exactly, did I get old? I don't need modern technowhatevers in my muscle/pony car. And I will not spend 7 years paying for it. Why have all the makers decided that the pony car segment needed to jump up to this price level? Was it just a byproduct of the horsepower number war? Ever increasing power to outdo the other guys had to come with ever increasing prices?

On this note, I just read another article about how many major tech companies are moving from their suburban campuses back to big city skyscraper offices, because the young people they want to employ now tend to live in the city and don't want to drive for work...
