I finally got my Mustang! Woohoo!

My spousal unit and I were talking about which color to get so I took her to the dealer lot so we could see. I had negative equity in my 03 Expedition so I wasn't going to use it as a trade-in and was trying to sell it to my neighbor. My neighbor wasn't available until Monday so I was thinking I'd get my Mustang a week from then, at best. But while we were at Jordan Ford in San Antonio, TX, they offered me more than I expected for my trade-in. So we ended up driving home in an Oxford White 04 Mustang GT Coupe Premium. It pays to keep your vehicle clean. Literally!

I haven't really pushed it since it is still under 1,000 miles. But I love the rumble. I miss the fancy gadgets that I had on the 03 Expedition Eddie Bauer, but I'll get used to it. I love the rumble of the V8 engine. I love the feel of a real car.

I hear what your saying about the rumble...i picked mine up on tax day and i am lovin it. I went from a 1996 4 cyl S-10 to the stang....little bet of difference to say the least........lol

I'm bringing it back to the dealer for the final dealer prep. It should come out clean and sparkling. Maybe I'll try to talk my wife into posing next to it.
