Welcome! Try reading up on some of the posts in the 05+ section. There's a section specifically for v6s as well where you'll find advice on that.

Welcome Henry019, I am new to this forum, but not new to the tuning world. To tell you the truth the best thing to try to start with is the C&L Intake and the SCT XCal II. v6mustangstuff.com and RPM Outlet are good places to start looking at some aftermarket parts.
