Hello people i just bought a 89 Lx and i posted a problem i have already so i wont bother with that. Anyway, this mustang i was told pulls low 10s in the 1/4 mile. Now before people start going off I am not claiming this i just want to know what you think.Here's all i know about this car, it has a 92 ho block stroked to a 347 the motor has been blue printed with msd distrib, corl msd, elderbrock water pump, griffin radiator, elderbrock preformance intake, holley 600 4 barrel carb, hedman full length headers, flowmaster 3' turndowns, holley black fuel pump, king corbra clutch, tko tranny. No back seat, no a/c compressor or heater, no power steering pump. It has a roll cage and been lowered with 40s on all 4 wheels. Thats about all i know for now, hoping to put it to the test one of these days.

welcome aboard. got any pics of it ?? to me it seems like it SHOULD run pretty good, but, idk about 10's. 11's, VERY possible !!

No i dont have any pic's right now. Basically all this car was built for was racing down the strip. And i think to get these times he was running straight pipes. Again this car was blue printed with lots of performance parts, but even though its my ride now im like everyone else. I'll believe it when i see it. I do know this much its fast and i havent even got on it yet. Not that this is saying much but at 10-15 mph i tapped the gas and burned a little rubber, and in 3rd gear im doing 50-55 mph at 2300-2500rpms. And its a 5 speed!
