New to the Fox body Mustang
Hi all - I am new to the Fox body Mustang. Just acquired a 1993 5.0 LX convertible. Supposed to be, and it looks it, completely original. Some 59000 miles that I am trying to verfiy. The best I can tell looking it over.the mileage is true.
I am heavy duty into the early Mustangs. Restored a 65 CV, working on a 67 FB. Couple more CV's to go - hope I live long enough! The 65 is too valuable to drive. I wanted an everyday car and am in love with this 93. I wanted a car that was ready to go - no major work necessary. From my forum visiting this 5.0 with computer control, etc, etc is a new world from the carb, points and condenser engines I am used to. Even just purchased a code reader!
Question about the wheels (original). It looks like a liquid was used on them and there are dull streaks on the wheels. What can I use to clean them. Thanks.
By the way, the card is red, black top, grey interior. Also, I am too old to think about going faster. I plan to leave the car in its original condition. It does have a new exhaust system. The cats are in place, Magnaflow mufflers with a very pleasant sound.

Sweet Vert!!! Tons of forums on here for the 5.0L and you will find a bunch of us Fox guy's and gal's on here!
