i have an 89 lx with a 2.5 inch mach 1 hood. it's been lowered with some other susp upgrades. the motor has aslo been rebuilt and balanced. It has an e303 cam, pullys, k&n, full exhaust, and a gear. Need tips on making it faster

 

get the heads and intakes ported and polished. Should add 30-40 hp. Get a supercharger.

 

Yep, heads and intake. With your mods should see close to 40hp, if not more.
